This unit has a measurement range of 0.0% to 33.0% Brix and a measurement accuracy of ± 0.2% Brix. Perfect for testing fresh fruit and vegetables and raw produce including grass, cane and even colostrum.

It is lightweight and compact for easy use and to ensure total portability. It can even be rinsed safely under running water after use, thanks to the IP65 rated casing.
