Here at Test-Equip we offer same day dispatch* for in stock items to ensure speedy, efficient delivery across Australia and internationally.

Delivery

We use TOLL Priority’s Overnight Express shipping service for items under 5Kg - this is a next day service into major city centres. Larger items will be sent by Road Express service through TNT or Direct Freight. 

We can also provide you with a tracking number on request, so that you know the status of your shipment at all times.

If you place an international order or your location is outside of Toll Priority’s delivery zone, we will use another carrier, and your shipping cost will be calculated using the weight and dimensions of the shipment. You are responsible for any local charges including customs and government fees and duties relating to the import of any goods.

Test Equip reserves the right to use an alternative freight forwarder at our discretion in the event of extreme circumstances.

* Please note ALL deliveries to residential (non-business) addresses will be marked with a registered "Authority To Leave" (ATL) instruction. Courier companies will not call your phone number prior to delivery or access gated, multi-storey complexes. 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes - please call us before finalising your order if you don't have an alternative option.

Damage in transit

In the unlikely situation that an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item upon receipt of the damaged unit. We must receive notification of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns

If you’re questioning whether the testing equipment you ordered is best suited for your goals, give us a call to discuss your concerns and perhaps brainstorm an alternative route. We will not accept returns on the basis of an incorrect selection on your part. However, products may be exchanged for a more suitable option. Any returns received may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion after goods have been assessed. 

Warranty

At Test Equip, we’re looking out for you. To ensure you receive the highest return on investment for your testing and measurement products, we offer a 12-month warranty beginning on the date of delivery. 

We will restore any defects in Test Equip products that develop under proper use as a result of faulty components (excluding consumable items) or bad workmanship in manufacturing, subject to the following provisions: 

  1. The goods or equipment have been operated in accordance with Test Equip operating and maintenance instructions. 

  2. There has been no exchange or modification of the goods or equipment or the parts thereof after installation without prior agreement with Test Equip. 

  3. The equipment has not been misused or damaged by external force. 

Under the terms of this warranty, Test Equip will replace any parts that break during the warranty period.  In most cases, we require the unit to be sent to Test Equip for assessment and repair. If the unit is unrepairable, we will replace with a new unit.
